Essential:-

  1. Possessing the following qualifications and experience:

 

Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management from a recognised University/ Institution or equivalent;

 

Desirable:-

Master Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) or Diploma in Material Management from a recognized University with experience in Procurement of Medical Equipments/Hospital consumables/Medicines would be preferred.

6.       Assistant Engineer (Civil) (1 Post)–PB 2:Rs. 9300–34800+Grade Pay   Rs.4800/-

Essential:

Officers    of    the    Central/State    Union    Territory    Governments/Universities/Central Statutory

/Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings/Research & Development Organizations;

  1. Holding analogues posts on regular basis;

Or

  1. With 6 years regular service in a post in the scale of PB 2 Rs.9300-34800, Grade Pay of Rs.4200;

And

  • possessing the following qualification;

A degree in Civil Engineering with experience of not less than 6 years in Civil Engineering work.

Age Limit:Not exceeding 56 Years as on closing date.

 

7.       Assistant  Engineer  (Electrical)  (1  Post)–PB                 2:              Rs.                9300 –34800                 +               Grade           Pay                 Rs. 4800/-

Essential:

Officers    of   the    Central/State    Union    Territory                Governments/Universities/Central Statutory

/Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings/Research & Development Organizations;

  • Possessing the following qualification;

A degree in Electrical Engineering with experience of not less than 6 years in Electrical Engineering work.

8.       Assistant Registrar ( 2 Posts)–PB 2: Rs. 9300 –34800 + Grade Pay   Rs.4600/-

Essential:

Officers under the Central or State Government or Union Territories or recognized Universities or recognized or recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous or Statutory organizations;

  1. i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department;

Or

  1. ii) With 3years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular     basis in the pay scale of 9300-34800 + GP 4200/- or equivalent in the parent cadre/department;

And

  1. possessing the following educational qualifications and experience;
    1. Degree from recognized University or equivalent; and
    2. 3 years’ experience in dealing with admissions and conducting examinations in a

University or Educational Institution

Age Limit:Not exceeding 56 Years as on closing date.

 

9.       Stores Officer   (1 No.) – PB 2, Rs.9300-34800+Grade Pay  Rs.4600/-

Essential:

  1. From amongst officers of the Central or State Government or Autonomous bodies or Public Sector Undertaking;
  2. i) Holding analogous Posts on regular basis; or
  3. ii) with3 years of regular service in PB 2 Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200

AND

  1. Possessing the qualifications and experience prescribed as under; i)Bachelors’ degree of a recognized University or equivalent;
  2. ii) five years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in procurement of equipment and

drugs  in a major hospital or Medical Institute.

  1. The departmental Office Superintendent Gr. II (Stores) with 3 years of regular service in the grade will also be considered along with outsiders, and if selected the post will be deemed to be filled up by promotion.

Age Limit:Not exceeding 56 Years as on closing date.

 

10.   Foreman (1 Post)–PB1: Rs.5200 –20200 + Grade Pay of  Rs.2800/-

  1. From amongst the officers of the Central or State Government;

Essential:

  1. i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or
  2. ii) With five years regular service   in the       post in the                                  pay scale    of              5200-           20200+

Rs.2400(GP) and

  1. Possessing the qualification & experience as detailed below
    1. 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized University or
    2. Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institution with one year experience in an Electrical or Mechanical workshop of a Government Establishment or ITI trade Certificate in Machinist or Mechanic or equivalent from a recognized Institution with three years’ experience in an Electrical or Mechanical Workshop of a Government Establishment;

 

  1. The departmental Senior Refrigeration Mechanic in the pay scale of 5200- 20200+ Rs.2400(GP) with five years’ regular service in the grade shall also be considered along with outsiders. In case he or she is selected for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion.

Age Limit:Not exceeding 56 Years as on closing date.

 

Period of Deputation:

Period of deputation is for initially one year, may be extendable for further period of three years but not exceeding five years.

 

The  duly  filled  in  application   forms  for  the            post      should    be  superscripted    on   the              envelope    as “APPLICATION FOR        THE POST OF                                                                                on Deputation basis”       should be       sent through            the     employer addressed to    Deputy               Director    (Admn.), JIPMER, Puducherry –605 006 and the same should reach on or before     02nd  June, 2017 till 4.30 PM.

The following documents should invariably be sent along with the application:

  1. A certificate    to    the    effect    that    State      Government       /       Union   Territory       or      the              parent

Department/Organizations had “No Objection” to the appointment of officer concerned.

  1. Attested copies of APARs of the applicant for the last five
  2. A certificate of Integrity of the applicant recommended for appointment on
  3. A certificate   of  Vigilance   Clearance  in  respect     of              applicant         duly           signed     by              an  officer       of              the appropriate
  4. Certificate regarding no penalty for Major/Minor, was imposed if any on the officer during the last 10 years/service period whichever is

Special Note:

  1. Incomplete applications received without the above mentioned documents will be summarily rejected.
  2. Applications received after the closing date will not be
  3. Also this Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay in this
  4. In case, the application along with the requisite documents is not received within the stipulated time, it would be presumed that the parent organization is not in favour of appointment of the applicant on
  5. The applicants may send advance copies of their applications within the prescribed time limit, if they feel that the applications through proper channel will get delayed. The advance copies may be considered in the processing
  6. However, without receiving the original applications with all the above documents in original from their respective parent departments, the applicants will not be considered for appointment to any of the above
  7. The Institute will not be responsible for collection of any of the above mentioned

9.  Those who have applied to respective posts in response to previous advertisements against 2015 & 2016 have to apply for a fresh application with upto date information.
