Educational Qualifications:

• Customer Agent: Graduate (10+2+3) with ONE YEAR experience in Passenger Handling at Airports
• Sr.Ramp Services Agent / Ramp Services Agent: Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering recognised by the state government or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in motor vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench Fitter / Welder and Heavy Motor Vehicle driving licence
• Utility Agentcum – Ramp Driver: 10th Pass with HMV Driving License
• Handyman / Handywomen: 10th Pass

• Utility Agentcum – Ramp Driver: Rs.15,660/-
• Handyman / Handywomen: Rs.13,860/

• For OBC: 33 Years
• For SC/ST: 35 Years

Customer Agent / Ramp Services Agent / Utility Agentcum – Ramp Driver / Handyman / Handywomen:
