As per the instructions issued by the Commissioner of school education, Andhra Pradesh. ALL The Mandal educational officers in the District are hereby instructed to update the Pending enrolment in CSE website. Mandal wise Pending enrollments as on 10.09.2022 are given below. Hence all the Mandal Educational officers are requested to update the Child info information including excess targeted enrollment on or before 20-10-2022.
All the deputy educational officers in the district are informed that SSC nominal rolls will be accepted only when child info is completed in respective private schools from 1st to 10th classes. The deputy educational Officer should convene a meeting with the IIMs/correspondents of all private recognized schools before reopening of the schools and issue necessary to complete the updation of child info from 1st to 10th Classes and fill all the columns of NRs. Otherwise, NRs will be rejected
పాఠశాల విద్యా కమిషనర్ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ జారీ చేసిన సూచనల ప్రకారం. జిల్లాలోని మండల విద్యా అధికారులు CSE వెబ్సైట్లో పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న నమోదును నవీకరించడానికి ఆదేశించారు. 10.09.2022 నాటికి మండల వారీగా పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న నమోదులు క్రింద ఇవ్వబడ్డాయి. అందుకే అన్ని మండల్ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ అధికారులు 20-10-2022 న లేదా ముందుగా లక్ష్యంగా నమోదు చేయబడిన చైల్డ్ సమాచార సమాచారాన్ని నవీకరించమని అభ్యర్థించారు.
జిల్లాలోని అన్ని డిప్యూటీ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఆఫీసర్లు ఎస్ఎస్సీ నామినల్ రోల్స్ 1 వ నుండి 10 వ తరగతి వరకు ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల్లో పూర్తయినప్పుడునే మాత్రమే ఆమోదించబడుతాయని తెలియజేయబడుతుంది. డిప్యూటీ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఆఫీసర్ పాఠశాలల పునఃప్రారంభం కావడానికి ముందు అన్ని ప్రైవేటు గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలల ఐఐఎంలు / కరస్పాండెంట్లతో కూడిన సమావేశాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి మరియు 1 వ నుండి 10 వ తరగతి వరకు పిల్లల సమాచారం యొక్క నవీకరణను పూర్తి చేయడానికి మరియు NRs యొక్క అన్ని కాలమ్లను పూర్తి చేయడానికి అవసరమైన సంస్కరణను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి. లేకపోతే, NR లు తిరస్కరించబడతాయి
Child info Upload in AP/TS cse.ap.gov.in in SSA
As Schools are ready to reopen in the month of June 2017. Already academic year 2017-18 has been started after exams a teachers need to upload Child info Data in www.cse.ap.gov.in They need Forms to fill up. And All AP Teachers need to Enroll and map Student Data i.e., Child info with their Adhar Cards as Enrollment. This work to be done immediately after opening the schools. The Profarma can be downloaded from below links once they are available for Download. These for for U-Dise website upload contains 35 columns and Child Bio-Data form format will be in 54 column to upload in www.cse.ap.gov.in.
For TS Teachers they need to visit SSA Website http://childinfo.tg.nic.in/ for updated form. This can be revised as per new format.

How to Upload Child Info:
After entering into SSA Website they can find loginbox on the right site of the website.
Default user name is welcomets and password is welcome@1 .
When they login to the website they are ready to submit their particulars and have to submit Printout copy to DEO through DDOs.
