HOW TO APPLY FOR DIPLOMA PROGRAMS CONDUCTED BY CIPET
Information Brochure and Application form can be obtained from any of CIPET Centres against payment of Rs. 250/- for general candidates and Rs.50/- for SC/ST candidates in cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of “CIPET”.
Candidates belonging to North-Eastern states can get the application forms free of cost by producing their residential proof / appropriate support documents.

SELECTION PROCEDURE
Selection for all courses is as below:
CIPET Programs – based on academic record and performance in the Joint Entrance Examination conducted by CIPET (CIPET – JEE).
SCHOLARSHIP
CIPET Diploma, Post Diploma & Post graduate Diploma students are eligible for various scholarships offered by different state and central government. CIPET will assist in obtaining the scholarship as per the norms of the agencies.
ADMISSION REGULATIONS FOR DIPLOMA PROGRAMS
- For all Post Graduate Diploma, Post Diploma & Diploma courses, selection will be based on academic (qualifying examination) and the performance in the Joint Entrance Examination in each State, which will be conducted on 25 June
- CIPET reserves a quota for SC/ST, OBC (NCL) candidates and physically challenged (handicapped) candidates as per of India norms. Tuition Fee waiver scheme is available as per AICTE norms.
- Limited Stipend is available to meritorious students of Diploma / Post Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma courses based on merit-cum-means.
- In the case of PGD-PPT and PGD-PTQC courses, 2 years degree course (10+2+2) will not be considered and hence need not
- Candidate appearing for entry qualification examination can also (Necessary documents are to be submitted on or before JEE). Their selection and admission is subject to eligibility for higher studies on successful passing of the entry qualifications. Four weeks time after JEE will be given for submission of entry qualification documents failing which the admission is liable to be cancelled.
