Eligibility Criteria For Central Universities Common Entrance Test – CUCET 2018
Essential Qualifications:
B.Tech Course
- Passed XII standard or equivalent examination conducted by CBSE or equivalent boards.
M.Tech Courses
- Passed B.Tech./B.E. or M.C.A or M.Sc degree from the recognized university.
MBA Course
- Bachelor’s Degree of at least three years duration from a recognized University.

How to Apply CUCET 2018 Notification
- Visit the official Website www.cucetexam.in.
- Click on the “Apply” button
- Enter registration details and click on “save & proceed”.
- Now, click on ‘I Agree’ box & enter the verification code available therein.
- Then, Click on “Save & Proceed” button.
- Click on “Upload Images & Proceed” button.
- Now, select the University and courses for which candidate want to apply.
- Pay the Application Fee.
- Take a Print out of the Application Form fro further Use.

CUCET Exam Pattern
- Type of Question: There will be Multiple Choice Questions will be asked in the examination.
- Duration: The exam duration will be 2 hours.
- Exam Mode: The exam will be organized through offline mode.
- Marking Scheme: Three marks will be given for each correct answer.
- Negative Marking: One mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Pattern: The exam will be conducted in OMR pattern.
CUCET Syllabus
There will be negative marking in the examination/. For each correct answer candidate will be awarded with 1 Mark and for each wrong answer 0.25 marks shall be deducted. No marks shall be deducted for the questions which are not answered. The examination shall be conducted in 2 parts that is part I and part II. The number of question along with the subject name is given below in the table.
CUCET 2018 Admit Card
The admit card for CUCET 2018 will be available as per scheduled date. The candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official website of CUCET 2018. After downloading the admit card, candidates must take a printout of it and retain it till the admissions.
