Educational Qualifications:
1. For Inspector (Mech):
i) Diploma in either Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a Government recognized Institute.
ii) Knowledge of Manipuri
iii) The capacity of doing outdoor works touring and facing hardships etc
2. For Sub Inspector (Enforcement):
i) Graduate from a recognized University
ii) Knowledge of Manipuri
iii) Height 5 ft 4 inches (Minimum)

3. For Asst. Sub – Inspector (Taxes):

Matriculate/ Class X passed with Driving License valid for last 5 years
