Qualifications & Experience for MIDHANI Recruitment 2017:

  • Addl Genl Manager/ Dy General Manager (Materials)( Gr-VII/Gr-VI): Qualification:

Degree in Engg/Technology with minimum of 60% Marks and preferably MBA or equivalent with specialization    in             Materials     Management/     Production   Management/    Operation Management/Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution/University

B.  Experience:

Addl Genl. Manager: Minimum of 17 years experience after Graduation of which minimum 8 years in Materials Management or Purchase.

Dy Genl. Manager: – Minimum of 13 years experience after Graduation of which minimum 6 years in Materials Management or Purchase.

2)Dy General Manager/ Sr Manager( Melt Operations)( Gr-VI/Gr-V):

  1. Qualification: 60% of marks in Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or
  2. Essential Experience:Post qualification Experience of 12/10 years for DGM/Sr Manager respectively in melting of low alloy steels, stainless steels, ferro Alloys etc in EAF/LF/VD/VOD and induction Furnaces. Should be conversant with various National & International Steel Standards.
  3. Preferred Experience: Experience on all EAF,LF,VD,VOD and induction Furnaces & experience in continuous casting of billets/slabs is

3)  Sr Manager/ Manager/ Dy Manager( Marketing- Ring products) (Gr-V/Gr-IV/Gr-III):

Qualification:

Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization.

Experience: Minimum post qualification experience of 10yrs/7yrs/4yrs in the case of Sr Manager/Manager/ Dy Manager respectively in any industry associated with Ring Products.

4)Sr Manager/ Manager/ Dy Manager( Marketing- Die/ Tool Stocks) (Gr-V/Gr-IV/Gr-III):

Qualification:

Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization.

Experience: Minimum post qualification experience of 10yrs/7yrs/4yrs in the case of Sr Manager/Manager/ Dy Manager respectively in any industry associated with Die/ Tool Stock products.

5)DGM(Marketing)( Gr-VI):

Qualification:

Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization.

Experience:

Minimum 13yrs post-qualification experience in any Medium / Heavy Steel Industry associated with Steel/ Alloy Steel melting.

6) Sr Manager(Marketing) (Gr-V): Qualification:

Graduate in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgy or Mechanical and preferably MBA with Marketing Management as Specialization.

Experience:

Minimum experience of 10yrs after Graduation in Army/ Navy/ Airforce respectively. Preferable Experience in case of:

Navy: Naval Architecture/Ship Design Air Force: Aero Engine Materials Army: Armouring/Gun Systems

  2. Application should be submitted strictly ‘ONLINE’ by logging on to MIDHANI website given above. The website will be kept open between 1000 Hrs on 06.07.2017 till 1700 Hrs on 20.07.2017 for this purpose.
  3. Candidates are required to possess a valid E-mail ID, and contact mobile number which is to be entered in the application so that intimation regarding Interview can be sent. Midhani will not be responsible for bouncing of E-mail sent to the candidates

The candidates have to make a payment of Rs.100/-(Rupees one hundred only) towards application fee through online payment using the debit card/ credit card/ net banking using the payment link available. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen category are not required to pay the application fee.
