Educational Qualifications:

| Team Leader | Master’s Degree or equivalent in Rural Management/ Forest Management/ Agriculture/ Environmental Science/ Natural Resource Management or a related field. Experience: 1. 10 years in rural development with at least 5 years of management experience in projects/programs on natural resource management, climate adaptation, community planning, etc. 2. Demonstrated ability to work and manage a team of multidisciplinary specialists working from different locations is essential. |
| Knowledge Management & Capacity Building Expert | Master’s Degree or equivalent in Rural Management/ Forest Management/ Agriculture/ Environmental Science/ Natural Resources Management or a related field. Experience: 1. 8 years in rural development, with at least 5 years of experience in knowledge management and design and delivery of participatory approaches in capacity building programs for communities, project functionaries, etc. 2. Experience in agriculture sector is essential. |
| Agriculture and Natural Resource Management Expert | Master’s Degree or equivalent in Agriculture/ Environmental Science Experience: 1. 8 years in rural development, with at least 5 years of experience. 2. Experience/ exposure to the community managed sustainable agriculture practices would be desirable. |

Pay Scale (Salary):
Successfully Selected Candidates candidates will Get Salary Rs.10,000 – Rs.1,20,000/- as Per Regulations of NIRDPR
