Educational Qualifications:

1) Deputy Registrar: Candidate should have Master Degree with a minimum of 55% of the marks/ equivalent grade
2) Controller of Finance: Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institute/ organization with 10 years experience in the Finance and Accounts Department in a public Sector or any other reputed institution/ organization.
3) Chief Security Officer: Candidate should be a Commissioned Officer not below the rank of Captain of Indian Armed Forces or in other Defence Forces.
4) Psychiatrist: (i) Candidate should possess MBBS from any MCI recognized Institute/ University. (ii) Candidate must be registered under the State Council/ MCI.(iii) MD/ DPM.
5) Accounts Officer: (i) CA from a recognized institute/ organization OR SAS with 08 years experience in the SAS cadre. (ii) Candidate should have completed the minimum of 03 months Computer Course
6) Medical Officer: (i) Graduation in Medicine and Surgery. (ii) Candidate must be registered with Haryana/ Punjab Medical Council or any other Medical Council of India.
7) Estate Officer: Candidate should have completed B.E. or B.Tech in Civil or Electrical Engineering with minimum 05 years experience in building construction/ maintenance.
8) Section Officer: Candidate should have completed B.Com. in the First division with minimum 60% marks with 03 years experience OR M.Com. with minimum 55% marks with 03 years
9) Assistant Security Officer: (i) Candidate should possess Bachelor Degree and should be Trained in Intelligence and Security work. (ii) Candidate should have minimum 05 years experience as Assistant Security Officer/ Personnel Officer.
10) Steno-Typist: Candidate should have completed Graduation and should have a speed of 80 w.p.m. speed in English Shorthand and ability to transcribe it at the speed of 15 w.p.m.
11) Security Supervisor: Graduation in any discipline.
12) Clerk: (i) Candidate should have completed Graduation and should have a valid certificate of having qualified the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) from HARTRON, HK.CL, NIBLT/DOAEC-C or any other agency authorized by the Govt.
13) Pharmacist: (i) Candidate should have completed 10+2 with Science subject. (ii) Candidate should have completed B. Pharmacy
14) Deputy Medical Superintendent: (i) A basic University qualification included in the schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1948 (102 of 1956). (ii) M.H.A (Master in Hospital Administration) or should have a Post Graduate Degree equivalent to M.H.A.
15) Data Entry Operator: Graduation with 01 year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer

Pay Scale (Salary):

  • Clerk: Rs.5200- Rs.20,200
  • Steno-Typist: Rs.5200- Rs.20,200
  • Pharmacist: Rs. 9300- 34,800

Age Limit:

  • Psychiatrist – 25 years for 40 years
  • Deputy Medical Superintendent – 25 years for 45 years
  • For all other posts – 18 years to 45 years
