| Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) | (i) Possession of a valid driving license for motor cars; (ii) Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor-defects in a vehicle); (iii) Experience of driving a motor car for at least three years; and (iv) Pass in 10th standard from a recognized Board. |
| Staff Car Driver (Grade-II) | Officials under the Central Government: (a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent Cadre or Department; or (ii) with eight years service rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the grade of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in the Pay Level 2 of the Pay Matrix (Grade Pay- ₹1900) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department, and (b) Possessing the following qualifications, namely: (i) a valid driving license of motor cars; (ii) knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidates should be able to remove minor defects in a vehicle); and (iii) 10th standard pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. |
